What is non-medical in-home care?+
It is help with everyday activities and routines at home, such as companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and appropriate personal assistance. It does not include skilled nursing or medical treatment.
Who can benefit from in-home assistance?+
Older adults, adults who need help with daily activities, people who live alone, and families who want extra support often find it helpful.

Can support be personalized?+
Yes. Every care plan is built around the individual’s routines and preferences, within what is safe and appropriate for non-medical care.
Does in-home assistance replace medical care?+
No. Non-medical support does not replace doctors, nurses, therapists, or other medical providers. In an emergency, call 911.
